Rules and Conditions

Our apartments offer comfort and coziness for every guest. To ensure the best service, we have developed the following booking rules and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Booking Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the check-in date. For cancellations within 14 days, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. If you need a late check-out or early check-in, please contact the administration in advance.
